Recruitment

  • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle maintenance: Job advertising, application capturing, applicant filtering, test/ interview invitation, shortlisting and job offering.
  • Capture interview and test results.
  • Integration with Advanced Search for identification of the best candidates for test, interview and shortlisting.
  • Track vacancies and recruitment progress with management reports.
  • Integration with web server for capturing job applications from Internet, and integration with email server for sending acknowledgements and replies.

Training

  • End-to-end training application workflow: Schedule training class, secure training resources (venue & tutor), broadcast training notice, invite pre-selected candidates, capture applications, candidate selection, attendance administration, input exam grades and generate training summary reports.
  • Integration with Advanced Search for invitation and registration of the most suitable candidates to training classes.
  • Identify training requirements of each staff from both job specifications and individual training needs.
  • Training application self-service: Enable staff to submit and approve training applications, enquire training history and CPD fulfillments via web browser.
  • Support Continuous Professional Development (CPD) with tracking of CPD requirements and credits.

Attendance

  • Save tedious input from the Human Resources Department: Capture on and off times from any timecard readers, identify attendance exceptions based on working hours, shift rosters, approved leaves, and track pending leave applications due to exceptions.
  • Leave application self-service: Enable staff to submit, approve and enquire leave applications via web browser.
  • Provide a calendar view of leaves and training summary to facilitate resource planning.
  • Leave entitlement based on configurable leave rules.
  • Track fulfillment of block leave requirements.

Staff Administration

  • Comprehensive staff profile with detail academic qualifications, professional qualifications, job history and duties.
  • Define the organization structure and reporting structure of staff within each organization unit.
  • Staff appraisal and grading.
  • Integration to Advanced Search for exploration of talents suitable for assignment to new positions and promotion.
  • Self-service: Enable staff to update their personal profile via web browser.

Payroll

  • Support all kinds of payroll processes: Full-timer, part-timer, new-join, termination, miscellaneous payments, back pay, double pay, bonus etc, and also the issuance of pensions.
  • Automate allowance calculations based on allowance eligibility rules and deduction processing based on leaves & attendances.
  • MPF calculations according to statutory requirements with generation of MPF interface file and reports.
  • Generate IR56B files (in Access MDB format) for annual tax return, IR56E for reporting new-join staff and IR56F for reporting staff departure to Inward Revenue Department (IRD).
  • System interfaces with General Ledger and Autopay systems can also be customized for Client's unique IT infrastructure.
